2708702 - Payroll Control Center: Unable to save new process

Symptom

In PCC Process Configuration (HRPY_PCC_CONF_1), you create a new process instance.

After filling all the required fields, you attempt to save it. You receive the error messages "Sorry, a technical error occurred. Please try again later" or "Unable to save process as there are still errors". The process is not saved.
