 What is it?

When adding an employee into a Talent Pool from Talent Search, Talent Card or People Profile‘s Nomination Portlet, the UI now offers an easy search field with type ahead support. This search field also provides improved performance if you have activated hundreds of talent pools.
Before, a drop down box automatically showed all available talent pools without any search option.

Why is it important?

Performance of talent pool nominations across all Succession and profile pages. All permissions on talent pools target populations and nominee target populations considered at time of search dialog.

Prerequisites and Configurations

Universal feature – no action required.
Will show in Talent Search v2, Talent Card and People Profile Nomination Portlet as soon as you choose 'Add to talent pool' there.
