2709067 - Event "Leave of Absence" visible in Job Info change

"Leave of Absence" event is visible when doing Job Info change even "Time Off" is already enabled.

SAP Successfactors Employee Central: Time Managament

1. Go to Employee's Profile.

2. Action > Change Job and Compensation Info > Job Information

3. In the "Event" field select "Leave of Absence"

There are event reasons with event "Leave of Absence" that have BLANK (No Selection) employee status.

You can extract ALL event reason for Leave of Absence with BLANK employee status via Adhoc > Foundation Objects

• Update the Employee Status of the Event Reason for Leave of Absence to either "Paid Leave" or "Unpaid Leave" via Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures or Import
• Note: If these event reasons are already being used by the users, you might encounter application error in the Job Info
  •          You need to Re-import the Job Record of the affected users using FULL PURGE
