2709150 - Sales order Fullfilment Issues - Status update for Rush Orders

Symptom

In the Sales Order Fulfillment Issue (App ID: F0029), rush orders are remaining in the Sales Fulfilment Report as 'Items pending for Delivery Creation', however, when customer checks the same order in the backend, status is 'Created'.
