Symptom

You find many errors in the SM21 system log:

Database error -444 at EXE
> SQL0444N Routine "*_VERSION" (specific name
> "SQL170918150024080") is implemented with code in library or
> path ".../sqllib/function/DSO_VERSION", function "*ERSION"
> which cannot be accessed. Reason code: "4". SQLSTATE=42724
> row=1
