2709213 - Temp worktable not cleaned up in user temporary database (user tempdb) - SAP ASE

• User temporary database space is occupied by several temp worktables even though there is no user process/task associated with them in ASE server;
• The occupied space can be shown in 'dbcc usedextents' output like following:

Disk piece 0 (3145728 pages), extents used = 123, worktable extents used = 12056, free = 381037
Total used extents = 123
Total worktable used extents = 12056     <===
