Target AS Java server has been configured in NWDS > Window > Preferences > SAP AS Java. You have a project in NWDS that you want to run on the configured server. Right click on the project for context menu and select Run As > Run On Server option.
The configured target AS Java doesn't appear but other configured servers may do
