Symptom
The Working Hours tab is not available in the Employees profile view.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
-
Select the User name on the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Profile.
- Select Adapt > Edit Master Layout.
- Select the Add tabs icon.
- The Working Hours tab is not available to add.
Cause
The Resource Scheduler needs to be scoped in order for the Working Hours tab to be available.
Resolution
Please follow the steps below to enable Resource Schedular in scoping.
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Select the Implementation Projects view.
- Click Edit Project Scope of the respective Project.
- Go to the Scoping step.
- Expand General Business Data.
- Select the checkbox for Resource Scheduler.
- Next, go to the Questions step.
- Expand General Business Data.
- Expand Resource Scheduler.
- Select Resource Scheduler and scope the question Do you want to use C4C Resource Scheduler?
- Complete the scoping by clicking Finish.
