2709363 - The Performance is Very Slow While Loading Multiple Products Within a Survey

The performance is very slow while loading the Products within the Surveys TI.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Visits work center.
2. Go to the Visits view.
3. Open the Visit ABC (ABC represents the Visit ID).
4. Go to the Surveys tab.
5. Open the Survey DEF (DEF represents the Survey ID).
6. Start scrolling to bottom of the screen.
7. The performance is very slow.

The performance is slow due to the high volume of Products and images the system is trying to load at once.

Open the Survey DEF and enable Pagination under the Details tab. This will load the Products in the current page rather than loading all Products at the one time.

1. Go to the Survey DEF.
2. Go to the Details tab.
3. Select the Edit button.
4. Enable the Pagination checkbox.
5. Save the Changes.
