2709438 - Country-Specific EmpJob API Entities are not visible in OData API Data Dictionary

Symptom

Unable to find any Country-Specific API Entities for EmpJob in the OData API Data Dictionary.

Environment

  • SuccessFactors HCM Core
    • OData API

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to "Admin Center"
  2. Search "OData API Data Dictionary"
  3. Filter to view "EmpJob" entity

Resolution

This is the designed Behavior of the API.

The Employee Central CSF configuration allows the use of different labels in the Succession Data Model and the Country-Specific Succession Data Model for a field, however, the data type must be the same.

For this reason, all fields from the CSF and the Succession Data Model are merged in the entity and a separate CSF entity does not exist.
