2709645 - How Product Code with leading zeros are replicated between ERP and SAP Hybris

Symptom

When an order is posted from SAP CX Commerce B2C storeront to the backend system (i.e: ERP) the IDOC=SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 is replicated via DataHub (in the AOM scenario), when the product/material code consist only in numbers, it is mandatory to put in place a configuration on Hybris side that it will allow the process to work properly. Otherwise a misconfiguration can lead to records not found (specifically) materials on the backend side when the replciation is done.
