2709652 - Checklist When Replicating Custom Party Roles in Sales Documents

Symptom

You created a custom party role in your SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) system and you encounter issues when you replicate these customer party roles to (or from) your SAP ERP system.

You might get the below error when replicating party roles back from ERP or the party roles are not replicating at all:

'Party role ABC is not supported for party role category DEF.'

(where ABC represents the custom party role and DEF represents the party role category)
