Explanation of the "Approving" status in the filter options in the Calibration Sessions page.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Calibration > Session List
2. Click on the Filter icon to expand
3. Click on the Status dropdown menu

The status "Approving" is featured as an option:

• The "Approving" status indicates when the Calibration Session finalization has been initiated, but not yet completed.
• The "Approving" status occurs when the job to route forms upon session finalization is triggered, but not yet completed.
• It is an intermediate state after triggering finalization, and before it is approved.
• The filter option allows customers to check on the status of sessions that may have been finalized recently, but not yet completed.
