2709864 - The standard report Account Responsibility Data only shows the Account Team

You are using the report Account Responsibility Data (technical ID BPCSRSPB_Q0001) and are wondering if the result shown is correct.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Select the view Design Reports.
3. Search for the report Account Responsibility Data (technical ID BPCSRSPB_Q0001) and open it.
4. Enter an Employee and click Go to run the report.
5. The accounts shown are not what you expected to see as a report result. You compared it to the Customers view and here you can see more accounts when you search with the same employee.

The data source behind the report Account Responsibility Data does not show the Territory Team. It only shows the accounts where the employee is maintained under the Account Team. This is the expected system behavior.

The query in the work center Accounts, view Customer works differently. Here the parameter searches for Account Team plus Territory Team when you search with a specific employee. More details are available here.

The following standard data sources can be used to build a customized report to show the territory team:

• Territory Team (technical ID CODTERRITORYTEAMMEMEBERS)
• Territory Account Mapping (technical ID CODTERRITORYACCOUNT)
