Symptom

How to remove incoming e-mail interaction from the ticket?

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work centre.
  2. Go to the Tickets view.
  3. Open ticket ABC (ABC represents the ticket ID).
  4. Go to the Interactions facet.
  5. There is an incoming e-mail which you would like to delete.

Resolution

To delete e-mail:

  1. Go to the Activities work centre.
  2. Go to the E-mails view.
  3. Select line with the e-mail you want to delete.
  4. Click the delete (bin icon) button.
