Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to: Employee Profile

Resolution

Disable all header fields save and enable again

  1. Go to: Configure People Profile
  2. Click: General Settings
  3. Click: Configure Header Fields
  4. Disable all fields
  5. Save
  6. Enable the fields
  7. Save
