2710249 - Termination Screen - Options for Job Relationships - Employee Central

In the b1811 release, we have improved the Termination screen and adjusted the behavior to move the matrix relations to the employee's upper manager as default. This shows in a drop-down list, where you can select the individual transfer. In addition, you can select an option to terminate all Job Relations or move the employee to another manager with one click.

Before: 

Previously, upon Termination of an employee that is assigned in other users' Job Relationships, the following screen is shown for Transfer Job Relationships:

The default for the Termination screen was to show the individual transfer for the Matrix Relations.

After:

You now have the following options:

1. Move everyone to upper manager. This is the default setup.
   
   
   
   
2. Individual Transfer of Job Relationships. This option allows you to transfer each employee to different users.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Transfer everyone to another person. This options allow you to transfer the employees to another user in the system per your choosing.
   
   
   
   
4. Terminate all Job Relationships.
   
   
   
   Note: It is not possible to remove Transfer Job Relationships field.
