2710255 - UI Changes on Page Layout Does Not Reflect on Contact Screen

Symptom

You created a page layout for UI changes for Contact screen, however the changes are not working and reflecting to the users.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Cause

Contact screen are related to the Business Partner business object.

Resolution

You should assign the page layout to Business Partner business object.

  1. Go to Adapt.
  2. Select Assign Page Layout.
  3. Select Business Object Business Partner.
  4. Associate the page layout with the business role you want.
  5. Save.
