Symptom

 Group Admin is unable to invite external users to an external group

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go inside a Group of Jam
  2. Click invite
  3. Once inserting the e-mail, the message "unknow e-mail address" is displayed.

Cause

The reason you can't invite is because you have a "External Group Creation" set to "no" As you can see on bellow image:

To resolve this issue, please follow steps below:
