2710306 - All ICF services under DEFAULT_HOST are Inactive

Symptom

It is not possible to activate services under DEFAULT_HOST in transaction SICF.

  • When trying to activate a service:
    • First it appears as Active,
    • After a refresh, the state of the service is "implicit inactive".
  • When testing a service after the activation attempt, error message "Could not find host or port information. Message no. SHTTP082" - is shown.
