2710387 - Preview Option Is Missing From Sales Quotes

Symptom

Preview option is not available for Sales Quotes with status'Completed' that were migrated.
Though it is available for Sales Quotes with Open status.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales workcenter.
  2. Go to Sales Quote view.
  3. Open Sales Quote 123(where 123 is Sales Quote ID),this Sales Quote was migrated and has status Completed.
  4. Click on Actions.
  5. Preview option is not available.

Cause

Sales Quotes which have been migrated with status 'Completed' do not support printing. Therefore Preview option is disabled as well.

Resolution

This is the correct system behavior for migrated Sales Quotes with 'Completed' status.
