2710530 - In Mailforms, E-Mails, Notes, ... editor is not loaded or toolbar not showed (RTE Editor)

Symptom

  • When create a MailForm, an E-Mail or add a note, RTE Editor not showed. Blank box is showed and text cannot be included 
  • When RTE editor is showed, edit buttons / formating toolbar not showed
