2710535 - Two decimal places assigned to controlling area currency in table COEP transaction SE16

Symptom

The currency is set to have 0 decimal places in transaction OY04 and there is no currency conversion happening for CO. The FI document is displaying correctly, but the amount is incorrect for the controlling area currency in the CO document's table COEP.

The issue is that the system is assigning two decimal places to the overall amount, which is causing the overall amount to be displayed incorrectly.
