2710791 - Payroll uses the wrong credit amount from infotype 0462

Symptom

When running the Payroll Driver: Canada (RPCALCK0 or RPCALCK0_CE) program, you notice that the calculated income tax amount is not as expected. After analyzing the payroll log, you notice that the credit amount taken from the Provincial Tax CA infotype (0462) is not the expected one.
