Custom Analytical Queries created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition are not visible in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Create a Custom Analytical Query in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
2. In SAP Analytics Cloud create a Model with Live Data Connection / BW that connects to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system
3. The list of available queries does not show the Custom Analytical Query of step 1

Missing steps in the publishing of the Custom Analytical Query in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

If you are using the Custom Analytical Queries(F1572) app.

To display Custom Analytical Queries in SAP Analytics Cloud, follow the steps below:

1. Logon to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Fiori Launchpad.
2. Open View Browser and search for the Custom Query that the user wants to see in SAC.
3. Create Application on this query as shown below:
   
   
   1. Selecting the Query
      
      
      
   2. Maintain Languages
      
      
      
   3. View in Catalog
      
4. Add the Application in any catalog and publish it as shown below:
   
   
   
5. Select the catalog:
   
   
   
6. Click Publish:
   

After publishing is successful, the user should be able to see the query in SAC.

Note: It might take few minutes to publish the query.

If you are using Custom Analytical Queries and Services(F1572A) application:

• You need to create a InA service as per Creating InA Service | SAP Help Portal 
• You need to create a Multidimensional Analysis report as per How to Create Multidimensional Analysis | SAP Help Portal 

To display Custom Analytical Queries in SAP Analytics Cloud, follow the steps below:

1. Logon to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Fiori Launchpad.
2. Go to Custom Analytical Queries and Reports app.
3. Go to Manage InA Services
   
4. Click on Create
   
5. Click on Add Query
   
6. Select the query created using Custom Analytical Queries and Reports application.
7. Publish
8. Create Application on this query as shown below
   1. Go to Manage KPIs and Reports application
   2. Go to Multidimensional Reports tab
      
   3. Click on Create
   4. Choose Report Type: Multidimensional Analysis
      
   5. Enter the custom analytical query created with Custom Analytical Queries and Reports application in Data Source.
   6. Click on Save and Publish
   7. Create a Custom Catalog Extension for this application
      
   8. Select the catalog.
      
   9. Publish the custom catalog extension
      

After publishing is successful, the user should be able to see the query in SAC.
