How to change the order of the statuses displayed in the application pipeline?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Admin Center>Recruiting
2. Select any Job Requisitions and open the Candidates tab
3. See the order of the statuses are not configured as desired

You can only configure the order of the statuses that are non-system statuses. The system statuses are the following:

• Forwarded
• Invited To Apply
• Default
• Auto Disqualified
• Withdrawn By Candidate
• Declined DPCS
• Deleted On Demand By Admin
• Deleted On Demand By Candidate
• Requisition Closed
• Hired On Other Requisition

For the others statuses:

1. Admin Center>Edit Applicant Status Configuration
2. Open the Applicant Status that you want to edit
3. Click on Take Action for the status you want to change
4. If the Status is not a system status, then the options "Move Up" and "Move Down" will appear:
    

5. Make the changes and save them by clicking on I'm Done.

NOTE:

• There is currently an issue when changing the order of statuses does not reflect after saving as per KBA 3547675 - Cannot Save Status Order on Status Set Pipeline - Recruiting Management
• If a different order appears the possible explanation could be the fact that the status set has been created before enabling DRM2.0
