2710896 - How to Add a Candidate to a Talent Pool Directly From the Candidate Workbench - Recruiting Management

From b1811, users are able to add a candidate to a talent pool directly from the Candidate Summary page.

Within b1811 release, users are able to add a candidate by taking action under the Candidate Summary page.

1. Go to Recruiting, Select any job requisition.
2. Open the Candidates tab

• In the candidate workbench:

1. Mark the checkbox for the candidate(s) that you want to put in the Talent Pool.
2. Click on the Action button menu
3. Click on Add to Talent Pool

• On the candidate application 

1. Open the candidate application
2. Open the Take Action menu
3. Click on Add to Talent Pool
