2710956 - Recruiting Tab Missing from the Navigation Menu

A user cannot find the Recruiting Tab on the navigation menu.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Click on the Homepage navigation menu
2. Notice the 'Recruiting' tab is not available

Users will not see the Recruiting tab in two different scenarios:

Scenario 1: The user does not have the role-based permission to create job requisition forms and also does not hold an operator role on any job requisitions.

Scenario 2: The Recruiting module is not appearing in the navigation menu because the permission "Hide Recruiting in Main Navigation Menu" is currently enabled in one of the roles assigned to the user.

Scenario 1: To enable the employee to access the Recruiting tab, grant the following permission in Manage Permission Roles:

General User Permissions > Permission to Create Forms (select at least one job requisition form)

Note:

• Users will see the 'Create New' button on the Job Requisition Summary page once the above permission is granted.
• A user who does not have this permission can still access the Recruiting tab as long as they hold an operator role on any job requisition.
• If you want to hide the 'Create New' button but still need to grant the user access to the Recruiting tab, add the user to any job requisition operator field (e.g., Recruiter) or operator team field (e.g., Recruiter Team).

Scenario 2: To restore access to the Recruiting tab, disable the "Hide Recruiting in Main Navigation Menu" permission in the relevant role.
