2711120 - Request of "EHS-AddOns.txt" file for "Cannot load ruc file" error analysis

Symptom

You use the EH&S Expert to calculate secondary data and the system issues error message "Cannot load ruc file".

You checked that both the main set of rules and all of the subsets of rules that are used are registered completely using the correct path for the rule files in transaction CGSADM as described in SAP note 1609641 - "EH&S Expert: Cannot load ruc file and documented".

Still you get the error message and SAP Support asks you to attach the registry files ("EHS-AddOns.txt") to the incident for further analysis.
