Symptom

  •  The shared link of a scorecard will return reports in one environment and not another.
  •  The shared link URL generated on the client system is in an https:// format.              
  •  Error returned in the Web browser is: "The requested URL /BOE/Scorecard was not found on this server"
  •  There is a proxy server configured on the client system.
