2711438 - How to Delete Party Role Entries in Leads Using Data Workbench

To delete these Party Role entries from Leads, you can use the Data Workbench feature as follows:

1. Go to the Data Workbench work center.
2. Go to the Export facet.
3. Select Standard Object.
4. Search by Lead Party Information.
5. Set the filter by Lead ID, enter the lead ID in the Value field.
6. Click on Add.
7. Set another filter by Party Role Category, enter a valid Party Role available in the Value field dropdown, for example "Marketing Unit Party".
8. Click on Next.
9. Click on Export Data.
10. Navigate to Monitor view.
11. Click on the exported file and download the .CSV file.
12. Open the downloaded CSV file with a CSV editor.
13. You will see that there are 2 entries for each same Lead ID, remove the entries from csv file which you do not want to delete, only keep the entry which you want to remove, the entries with the field column "Main" = False.
14. Add a column called "ToBeDeleted" and set to "TRUE".
15. Save the changes. 
16. Go to the Data Workbench work center.
17. Go to the Import view.
18. Select Individual Object.
19. Select Update.
20. Search by Lead Party Information.
21. Click on Next.
22. Browse the CSV file that you've saved.
23. Click on Upload.
24. Again click on Next and then press Update. Check the status in the Monitor facet.

OBS: Do not leave empty rows in the CSV file.
