You have maintained in your backend system (e.g. SAP Business One) an item/article with multiple units of measure (e.g. KG and gram) and have synchronized them to the SAP Customer Checkout. Then, you have sold this item using these different UoM. After it, you have ran a sales report in the CCO Manager and have noticed that the number of articles sold did not match with the quantity sold.
