2711575 - Picklist Validation in Manage Business Configuration

•  Warning message will prompt validation when Picklist has been configured for date, boolean and double fields.

• Picklist has been removed in date, boolean and double fields after saving the changes in Manage Business Configuration.

1. Navigate to Admin Center
2. Click on Company Settings > Manage Business Configuration
3. Pick HRIS Element e.g jobInfo
4. Add custom double field
5. Add Label
6. Click on Details
7. Click on the drop-down Type of Reference Object then select Picklist.
8. Click on the drop-down Picklist then select the picklist value.
9. Click on Done then Save

Picklist has been configured to the data type that is not supported such as date, boolean and double.

• Picklist is not supported to be configured on the data type such as date, boolean and double fields.
• As of 1808, a validation has been created for the users to avoid configuring the Picklist on the fields where it is not supported. Warning Message will prompt on the screen that will inform that the value for Type of Reference Object and Picklist will be reset because it is not supported for the configured data type.
