2711730 - Error while scrolling through People Profile

When scrolling through People Profile, the following error is generated:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Versions
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions

There are BizX integration settings within LMS which are not configured correctly and are the root cause of the error

You will need to access LMS as an administrator to check and verify the following:

1. Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > BIZX
2. Check the following configuration settings to ensure that they are setup correctly

• successFactorsLearningEnabled=true
• baseURL=BizX url for example https://performancemanagerXX.successfactors.com
• successFactorsCompanyID=<companyID>
• metadataProviders[IDP1].value=https://<url configured in baseURL>/idp/samlmetadata?company=<companyID>

Once you have updated these values, the error should be resolved in People Profile
