2711730 - Error while scrolling through People Profile

When scrolling through People Profile, the following error is generated:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

The error happens due to BizX integration settings within LMS which are not configured correctly.

To adjust the integration settings, please:

Log into HCM >

Navigate to Learning Administration >

At System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >

Open the BIZX file in edit mode >

Check the following configuration settings to ensure that they are setup correctly:

• successFactorsLearningEnabled=true
• baseURL=BizX url
• successFactorsCompanyID=<companyID>
• metadataProviders[IDP1].value=

Once the integration settings are in place, click on 'Apply Changes' at the bottom of the page. Afterwards, the error from People Profile should no longer happen.
