Symptom

 You are unable to find Controlling (CO) documents generated via API Create Allocation Posting in App Manage Journal Entries (App ID F0717)

  • Financial Accounting (FI)
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • SAP Fiori 

Resolution

  1. Launch app "Manage Journal Entries"
  2. Click button “Adapt Filters”

  3. Scroll to “Document” section and select the checkbox “Object Key”; Click “Okay” button to proceed;

  4. Go to the newly added field “Object key” and click its value help button.

  5. Include Object key, formula contains, enter the returned controlling document number generated via API Create Allocation Posting in value field

  6. Click “Go” button, then you’ll find corresponding document.
