2711871 - Introduction to fields in Employee Time Sheet object definition

• This KBA introduces what the fields in Employee Time Sheet object are for.

Time Recording Method
Contains the method (positive, negative, overtime) of the employee for this time sheet.

Full Work Schedule Covered
Is true if the work schedule is covered by all attendances, absences, and breaks in the time sheet. (On call and Allowance do not cover the time sheet)

Absences Exist
Is true if at least one absence is contained in the time sheet period.

Manual Entries Exist
Is true if at least one manually touched entry (attendance, break, on call, allowance) is contained in the time sheet.

External Times Exist
Is true if at least one imported entry (attendance, break, on call) is contained in the time sheet. Imported entry means, those entries that are recorded via 'External Time Data'.

Generated Entries Exist
Is true if at least one generated entry (attendance, break) is contained in the time sheet i.e attendances that are generated by Time Sheet jobs.(Example: Negative Time Sheets)

Single Record Approval Missing
Is true if there are unapproved single approval records in the Employee Time Sheet. (Single Record Approval is only available for Time Tracking customers.)

Single Approval Records Only
Is true if the Employee Time Sheet contains only single approval records. (Single Record Approval is only available for Time Tracking customers.)

Planned Working Time in Days
Is true if time recordings are stored in Time Recording and as Allowance Recording. (Time Recording and Allowance Recording are used to persist recording and allowance in Monthly approval period time sheets. This is available only for Time Tracking customers.)

Note:

• Breaks also cover the work schedule (i.e Attendance - Break - Attendance --> full work schedule)
• Full Work Schedule also works fine with split time sheets.
• Cancellation of absence does not change the time sheet fields immediately. Recalculation job will take care of that.
