2712048 - Forms did not trigger - Onboarding 1.0

During the Onboarding process the form that is supposed to be signed by the candidate did not trigger.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a Candidate in any process.
2. Recruiter/Hiring Manager finishes the PHV Step.
3. Candidates goes through NES Step - finishes and signed the forms triggered for the candidate to sign. 
4. HRManager/Hiring Manager/User assigned to complete Orientation step will noticed that a form(s) is not triggered for the candidate, hence its not part of the candidates files.

Scenario A: There is advanced condition setup for the affected form and candidate did not satisfy that condition.

Scenario B: Form is not setup to be signed by the candidate during NES/New Employee Step.

For Scenario A:

1. Go to Onboarding
2. Click Settings > Then PDF Forms
3. Look for the Form Group this affected form(s) is setup. 
4. Look for the affected form and check the conditions

Important: Also check On Reference > Form Group > Filter if there are any conditions to the group of the affected form (candidate need to match group condition also).

For Scenario B:

1. Go to Onboarding
2. Reference files
3. Check if form is configured for the process
