2712089 - The jobs a candidate has been forwarded to doesn't appear in Jobs Applied tab in Careers - Recruiting Management

If we add/forward a candidate to a requisition, and the candidate access the Jobs Applied tab in Careers section, the job the candidate has been forwarded/added to doesn't appear there.

• Forward a candidate through the candidate profile:

1. Go to Recruiting tab;
2. Go to Candidates page;
3. Search the Candidate you want to forward to a requisition;
4. Scroll down the candidate profile, and click on 'Forward to Requisition';
5. Select the job requisition you want the candidate to be forwarded to, and to which status you want the candidate to be added;
6. Click 'Forward'.

• Forward a candidate through the job requisition:

1. Go to Recruiting tab;
2. Click on the icon right next to the job requisition name, and click on 'Add Candidate';
   
3. The candidate search will show up, search the candidate you want to add;
4. The candidate profile will open, scroll down to 'Forward to Requisition';
5. Select the status you want the candidate to be added to, and click 'Forward'.

This is an expected behavior of the system because the candidate hasn't applied.

For the job requisition a candidate has been forwarded to appear in Jobs Applied, it's needed that the candidate apply for the job. Otherwise, they won't be able to see they were added to a requisition through Jobs Applied.
