Symptom

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
There are two ways to hide the 'Create New' button.
a. Disable the Permission to Create Forms
- General User Permission
- Permission to Create Forms (please select 'Others' and unselect all job requisition templates)
NOTE: This permission is also relavant to the accessibility of Recruiting tab. A user who doesn’t have the permission is unable to see Recruiting tab except in the case that the user has an Operator Role (e.g. Hiring Manager, Recruiter, etc.) on any job requisitions.
b. Disable all options to create new job requisition
- Recruiting Permissions
- Hide "Copy Existing Job Requisition" option on the create requisition page
- Hide "Browse Families & Roles" option on the create requisition page
- Hide "Create New Job Requisition from Blank Template" option on the create requisition page
NOTE: Checking these permissions means you are "hiding" or disabling them. While leaving them unchecked means user will have the permission.
