Your integrated system has very long activation time for PDI solutions.

The WSDL used in SDK needs to have the binding and other details maintained. Hence, the WSDL downloaded from C4C cannot directly be used in the PDI SDK.

To generate a consistent WSDL which has the necessary biding info, please do so from the PI system.

1. Log in to PI system. 
2. Open the Integration Directory from the Integration Builder.
3. Open ‘Sender Agreement’ which is configured with Utilities_ObjectHierarchy_v2_Out.
4. From the 'Sender Agreement Menu', click Display WSDL. (WSDL gets generated based on the service Interface structure and the end URL is generated based on the PI technical configurations details). 

Note: Above steps are mentioned for classic configurations. If configurations are defined by using ICO, the WSDL can be generated directly from ICO.
