2712296 - SAP Analytics Cloud subaccount is not visible in the SAP BTP Cockpit

Symptom

The SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) subaccount is not visible in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cockpit.
The following message is seen in your SAP BTP cockpit:

Not connected

There is no cloud connector connected to this subaccount.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud;
SAP Business Technology Platform.

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP. URL: https://cockpit.btp.cloud.sap)
Login with your user credentials;
Observe that the subaccount for SAP Analytics Cloud is not visible.

Cause

The SAP Analytics Cloud subaccount is managed internally by SAP, thus subaccount information is not visible for everyone at the company.

Resolution

SAP Analytics Cloud tenants based on SAP data-centers (BTP Neo):

Subaccount information is only visible for one specific person, who has his/her S-user ID provided under the Datasource Configuration > SAP Cloud Platform Account > Account Information > Subaccount User in SAP Analytics Cloud:

When logging into the SAP BTP Cockpit with that user, only the Cloud Connector information will be visible under the EPM Team Global Account:

SAP Analytics Cloud tenants based on non-SAP data-centers (BTP Cloud Foundry):

Subaccount will not be visible in the BTP Cockpit for anyone.
