2712887 - Inconsistent Layout of Time Accounts on Termination Screen

Symptom

  • When terminating employees, notice the order of the Time Accounts displayed for different users under the "Time Account Balance as of Termination Date" section. There is no consistency with regards to the order, it is not respecting the order of the time types on the associated time profile, and is not alphabetical either.
  • In addition, the balances are displayed by time types and not by time account types. This leads to misleading information when there are several time types deducting from the same time accounts.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Take Action > Terminate
  2. See the "Time Account Balance as of Termination Date" section
  3. There is no consistent logic for the order of the time accounts displayed and time account balances are listed multiple times

Cause

Currently there is no expected behaviour for the order of the time accounts. On the other hand, the balances being displayed by time types is expected system behavior.

Resolution

An enhancement is open to improve the order logic and list the balances by time account types. This KBA will be updated with the delivery plans once the engineering discloses same.
