How to Purge Work Permit Information or Personal Document Information Attachments.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Imports Employee Central data

Step 1: Ensure attachment-id field is enabled

1.Navigate to the Admin Centre. In the Tools search field, type Manage Business Configuration.

2.On the left side, under Employee Central, select "workPermitInfo".

3.Set the attachment-id field to Enabled.

4.Save your settings.

Step 2: Export Template for Import 

Export Blank Template: Permit Information or Personal Document Information

1. Go to Admin Tool then Import Employee Data
2. Select Download Template 
3. Select Personal Document Information
4. Click Generate

Step 3: In Ad Hoc Reporting, run sub domain: Person and Employment Export

1. In Ad Hoc Reporting, select Create New Report
2. Choose the ‘Person and Employment Export’ report definition type
3. In Column, Select only column “Work Permit Info"
4. Build the report based on the import template you downloaded in step 2.
5. Filter Test user or Users in question
6. Save
7. Keep an unaltered copy of this report as backup
8. Fill the required data from report into the template from step 2.

Step 3: Import Template: Permit Information or Personal Document Information with Attachment ID blank

1. Go to Admin Tool then Import Employee Data
2. Select Import Data 
3. Select Personal Document Information
4. Click Validate Import
