Environment

Resolution
Candidates cannot view or edit fields, regardless of permissions, unless the fields are first set as public. This setting is the attribute most commonly adjusted using field overrides, so even a field marked public="false" can, under certain conditions, be made public to certain applicants.
Whenever a field is made as public = false in candidate profile template, this field will not appear in the candidate profile regardless of permission.
Whenever a field is made as public = true in candidate profile template, this field will appear in the candidate profile if read/write permission is given to the candidate this field will not appear in the candidate profile if read/write permission is not given to the candidate.
