2713090 - When doing export to spreadsheets only certain number of records are being exported in Smart Business

When using KPI Smart Business Drill-Down, the export to Spreadsheet feature is exporting only limited number of rows and not the entire result set in the Drill-Down.

1. Login to Fiori Launchpad
2. Execute the KPI custom application
3. Select the Drill-Down
4. Click on the Export to Spreadsheet icon
5. Only specific number of records are being exported

This is expected behavior because there is a data limit is set in the Drill-Down of the Evaluation. Please refer to the resolution to learn how to change this behavior.

To change the behavior of the data limit size, do the following:

1. Login to Fiori Launchpad
2. Click on Configure Drill-Down Fiori Tile application
3. Search for the Evaluation
4. Select the Evaluation after being found and click on Configure
5. From the Drill-down list, select the particular Drill-Down that has the issue and click Edit as shown below:
   
   
   
6. Scroll down until you see the Set Data Limit property, click on it to change the limit as shown below:
   
   
   
7. Change the value of the Limit Data Records to whatever value is required or set it to -1 which means no limit or uncheck it and do not select it
8. Click on OK
9. Click on Save Confgiuration
10. Re-test
