2713212 - ESI - "Business System ID" does not allow more than 8 characters in SOAMANAGER

Symptom

In SOAMANAGER transaction, when trying to maintain a Business System ID, the Business System ID input field only accepts a maximum of 8 characters. However, the Business System ID registered in SLD has more than the permitted 8 characters and it is not possible to maintain the value in SOAMANAGER.
