2713274 - Data Privacy and Consent Statement Checkbox not appearing - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

After Following the KBA 2088071 - Data Privacy Consent Statement Settings - Platform, we are not getting the check box "I've Read and accept the Data Privacy Consent Statement"

Cause

Value of OData service url is blank. API call is not able to fetch consent

Basic configuration is provided in the above KBA. Apart from the above information, please also verify the following:

For Implementation Partner(s), and Consultant(s)

  1. Super admin site
  2. Features
  3. SF BizX Connection
  4. OData Service URL
  5. If the value for the url is blank then OData API call will access the main application URL instead of API url
  6. So this API call will not fetch consent
  7. You can also use Account option "Bx.Urls.OData" to provide the value for OData API
