2713303 - Error message: Action Failed Due to Previous Error in Other Instance for Bill of Exchange scenario (BoE)

While you try to release a New BoE Rec. Sole Bill, there is an Error message ' Action failed due to previous error in other instance' displayed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Payment Management workcenter.
2. Navigate to the Payment Monitor view.
3. Under the New Payment By > BoE Rec. Sole Bill and enter the required details and click on the Release button.
4. An error message ' Action failed due to previous error in other instance' is displayed.

The reason for the error is because there is no Bill of Exchange Storage maintained.

You can follow the below steps to maintain a Bill of Exchange Storage.

1. Go to the Liquidity Management workcenter.
2. Bill of Exchange Storages option.
3. In the New Bill of Exchange Storage, enter all the necessary data
4. Set it to active.

After this you will be able to create a new Bill of Exchange Sole Bill and Release it.
