Symptom
The following error occurred in PREPARE-KERNEL-UPDATE phase when performing system upgrade with SUM.

At the meanwhile, you can find log file Copy_<PID>.OUT is generated under D:\usr\sap\<SID>\SUM\sdt\tmp folder with following information.
