2713404 - 'xcopy' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

Symptom

The following error occurred in PREPARE-KERNEL-UPDATE phase when performing system upgrade with SUM.

In TroubleTicket_<nn>.txt

Error while executing Task with input file FsoTasks.xml and task PREPARE_KERNEL_UPDATE.

For more information, see the log file D:\usr\sap\<SID>\SUM\sdt\log\SUM\PREPARE-KERNEL-UPDATE_10.LOG.

At the meanwhile, you can find log file Copy_<PID>.OUT is generated under D:\usr\sap\<SID>\SUM\sdt\tmp folder with following information.
