2713669 - Can't filter in Manage Documents in 'Uploaded by' field by external candidate's name - HCM Suite

• Is it possible to filter the documents in Manage Documents that were uploaded by an external candidate?
• You can put the name of the external candidate in 'Uploaded by' field but won't pull any name of an external candidate for you to select.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Company Settings > Manage Documents.
2. Click on the Filter icon.
3. Click on 'External', then click on 'Apply filter'.
4. Then, in 'Uploaded by' field insert the name of the external candidate.
5. In the dropdown, the name of the external candidate won't be pulled.

The 'Uploaded by' field is not supported for external candidates; this is only supported for SuccessFactors internal users. This is and expected behavior.
